Publications

We love it when papers are written using ArcticGRO data. In fact, nothing makes us happier than to discover an important published paper that relies on ArcticGRO data for its analysis. So please let us know of any missing papers that belong on the list.  We'll be happy to add them!

For the compilation below, we have broken papers into three categories:

Primary Publications - Core ArcticGRO papers written by project personnel.

Secondary Publications - Papers written by 1) non-project personnel in collaboration with ArcticGRO scientists, and 2) papers written by project personnel that take advantage of observatory data but are primarily associated with other projects.

Tertiary Publications - Papers written by independent investigators that 1) use the ArcticGRO dataset directly, 2) use summarized results (e.g. average annual flux and tracer values) from the observatory’s primary publications, and/or 3) benefited from sampling opportunities provided by the observatory. This category does not include papers that simply cite the primary publications by way of introduction or discussion (there are hundreds of these), but more specifically identifies papers that use ArcticGRO data to support new analyses.
