Discharge Data Frequently Updated

Up-to-date discharge data from the major Arctic rivers is critical for many scientific disciplines. Unfortunately, obtaining recent discharge measurements can be challenging or even impossible, particularly for rivers in the Russian Arctic. Therefore, ArcticGRO works to compile discharge measurements made by government agencies in Russia, Canada, and Alaska, and presents the daily discharge records for the downstream gaging stations on the six ArcticGRO rivers. Starting in early 2018, the discharge records will be updated every 2 weeks during the open water period and monthly when the rivers are ice covered. A link to the discharge data can be found on the DATA page of the ArcticGRO website.
